Mission Statement

Our goal is to provide the highest level of support and non-emergency Health Transportation to all tribal members around the valley and ensure the safety and integrity of the patients and staff, as we move forward with determination and a positive mindset. Together as a team we will treat you with respect as we expect the same from all Yoeme community members.

Arrangements & Protocol:

• Call within 24 hrs. prior to appointment.
• Same day services may be accommodated if permitted to fit on schedule.
• Patients pick up is 1hr prior to appointment.
• Calls are being screened and patients are being ask if they have not been in contact with anyone who has been positive with Covid-19 in the pass 3-7 days. If not, we will proceed with arrangements.
• Patients are informed to wear face mask prior to getting in the vehicle.
• Last Call for scheduling appointment is at 4:00 pm.
• Last pick up from all Medical Facilities is at 4:00 pm.
• Surrounding Areas need to call at least 2 days in advance with a pickup of one and a half prior to appointment. (Last pick up for those areas is at 3:30 pm)
• Transportation is provided for patient and 1 escort. Guardian or parent must escort minors under the age of 18.  Elderly patients must also be escorted by someone over 18 years old.
• We require the use of child safety seats for all children under 50 lbs. (Car seat can be provided upon request), and seat belts for all other passengers.
