The Centered Spirit Child & Family Team provides community-based, culturally informed, and trauma-sensitive services to your child and family. Our experienced team of clinicians and case managers will meet your child and family wherever the needs arise and wherever you feel most comfortable- at home, school, or here in our office. CFT Program and Services:

• Counseling (individual, group and family), case management, outreach and referrals to outside resources
