MISSION

To maintain a cohesive plan and records system for the use of management and preservation of Pascua Yaqui Lands. Centralizing information to faciliate an environment that benefits the Tribe and its Tribal Members.

The Land Department provides services to the Tribal Government departments, Tribal Members, as well as to Local, State, Federal government entities throughout the Arizona area.

Water and Wastwater Evaluation Proposal
The Pascua Yaqui Tribe and the Tucson Area Indian Health Service are interested in conducting a feasibility study to evaluate water and wastewater infrastructure development within the Pascua Pueblo located in Southwest Tucson. The site is currently served with a water distribution system connected to the City of Tucson water system and a sewer collection system connected to the Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation System. The Pascua Yaqui Tribe would like to investigate the potential to disconnect from the existing water and wastewater systems and develop an independent water and sewer system along with an operation and maintenance organization.
